You will agree with me that that is a song sung by most christian faithful.
Sorry, that's a blunder.
The "th" that you see attached to "endure" is just the 's' you add to any verb to indicate the simple present tense form.
Say:
His mercies endure forever.
or
His mercy endureth/endures forever.
May I tell you that the difference between"endureth" and "endure" is that while the former is Old English, the latter is Modern English.
