CAUTION: If you have to make such a positive confession, you just must know that "every" is a singular pronoun/article which must, compulsorily, take on singular nouns or verbs, as the case may be.
In this case, the expression should be:
"I am an winner over every sickness and disease" (not "...every sicknesses and diseases").
